PRODUCT DETAILS
Everything needed to build one sealed DTP-style connector: the connector body, its wedgelock, and a full set of solid, nickel-plated size 12 contacts. Choose the number of positions, then choose the receptacle half (pin contacts), the plug half (socket contacts), or both halves to make a complete mating pair. A straight rubber boot can be added for the 2-way and 4-way plug. When a boot is selected, the kit includes the boot-ready version of the plug housing, which is black.
We stock both TE Connectivity (DEUTSCH) and Amphenol parts and ship whichever is available. We do not guarantee that you will receive one manufacturer or the other. The two brands are listed as comparable and intermate. The 6-way kit is Amphenol only, because TE does not make a 6-way DTP connector.
Contacts are solid (machined), nickel-plated, size 12, for 12-14 AWG wire; crimp them with a solid-contact crimp tool.
